Renter must be 25 years of age or older per our city. Not suitable for infants (under 2 years),No smoking, No pets, No parties or events. Check-in is 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Please pay 50% at booking and other 50% 30 days before arrival.

Cancel before 30 days with full refund, cancel less than 30 days, 50% refund.

This unit has AC which a lot of beach properties do not for our end of summer heat! We clean and disinfect very well according to rental standards!
